I do not have a Credit Card, can I pay by internet banking or bank deposit?
No you can’t; payment types accepted are Visa or MasterCard, credit or debit cards. At this stage we do not accept Gift Vouchers, Cheques or Internet Banking as methods of payment.

Can I make an order over the phone?
No, we cannot process phone orders at this time.

Are there any extra costs or hidden charges on top of the total amount of my order on the checkout page?
No, the amount on the checkout page is the total amount you pay

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
North Island / South Island
Expected delivery within 24 - 48 hours Workdays Monday - Friday
Cut off for same day dispatch - 4pm.
Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Rural
Please allow 1 extra working day for delivery.
NZ Couriers deliver to Rural then item is delivered by your local RD driver.

Will my Credit Card details be secure?
Credit Card payments are processed through DPS (Payment Express) which offers a secure payment system. Customer credit card details are never stored in our system either in electronic or hard copy format.

Are my contact details kept in your system?
Yes, we keep your contact details. We guarantee these details will NEVER be disclosed or sold to a third party, and will only ever be used by us to manage your order.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
If one of our products is out of stock it should clearly show up as "out of stock" on the site.

Our dispatch warehouse is based in Auckland.

My parcel still hasn't arrived, and it was expected sooner?
Just contact us if you think there is a delay, and we will find out what exactly where your order is.

How do I go about returning a product?
Please contact us if you wish to return an item. We can then arrange to exchange the product or refund you for the item depending on the reason for return.

If your products have been damaged through transit, then please contact us immediately and we can contact the courier, or your local courier branch.
